This service is not longitudinal care and does not include ongoing follow-up, chronic disease management, or routine primary care.
Virtual Urgent Care is separate from Direct Physician Care membership and does not include ongoing access.
Prescribing Limitations
Controlled substances are not prescribed through virtual visits.
Refills for controlled medications prescribed by other providers are not provided.
All prescriptions are based on medical appropriateness and clinical judgment. Requests for specific medications do not guarantee they will be prescribed.
